Neurodiversity Home Support Planner
Transforming observations into actionable, personalized support plans.
What is the Home Support Planner?
This tool is designed for parents and carers of neurodivergent children to generate a practical, strength-based support plan for the home environment.
It works in three simple steps:
- Step 1: Observation: Select common challenges you observe (Executive Function, Sensory, Communication) alongside your child's core strengths.
- Step 2: Impact: Assess the current severity and specific impact these challenges are having on your family life.
- Step 3: Plan Generation: The tool automatically generates a document containing a summary of your observations, an impact statement, and a personalized set of home strategies aligned with the areas you marked.
The resulting plan can be printed and shared with family members, teachers, or the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to promote consistent support across environments.
